Fiery Pumpkin Cauldron

Okay so maybe this cauldron is not THAT fiery, but it does let off a nice soft glow. Here's how to make it...

Materials:
Pumpkin
Black acrylic paint or spray paint
Cardboard
Push pins
Knife, pencil, scissors
Bucket that will fit inside your pumpkin
Tea candles

1. Place the bucket on top of the pumpkin and trace a line around it with a pencil. Cut around the line. Remove the guts and seeds from the pumpkin. If your bucket doesn't fit after you cut, you can use the knife to shave more pumpkin off.

2. Draw cauldron handles on a piece of cardboard (I used the top of  a shoe box) and cut them out. Paint the pumpkin and the handles black and let dry.

3. Use push pins to pin the handles onto the sides of the pumpkin. I chose a different bucket halfway through the process because I found a black one that worked better. Since it was taller I also had to cut out the bottom of the pumpkin.

4. Fill the bucket with water and place inside the pumpkin. Finish by adding tea candles to the bucket and lighting them!
